I finally finished this quilt. I have preconceived notions about sewing and usually get frustrated to the point of tears when I do it. So looking at this quilt in a hundred pieces made my head spin and I just put it in the back closet and forgot about it until this weekend. My friend Jody and I decided we would just get it done! I am so pleased with the finished product and just happy that after four years in the making it is complete!

Good for you!!! It looks so awesome. I always dream up making things, but then I remember the burp cloths I made for Kaydee when TeAnna was born and all of the swear words that were involved... I'll just stick to purchasing.

It looks great. for me quilting is much funner when you look at the finished product but for some reason I keep starting new projects.
